After a two and a half year absence, Andy Waters has re-opened Edmunds restaurant.

However, this time, away from the tranquil town environment of Henley – in –Arden, to the hustle and bustle of city life.

Along with partners, Chris & Cos Papachristoforou, he’s managed to secure a prime site in Brindley Place, Birmingham.
Andy says

“It has taken a lot of searching to find the right site as Henley will always be a special location to me, Brindley Place offers the whole package in surroundings, security and ambience that marries the Edmunds philosophy – It is relaxed with a lot of attention to detail.
Initially we were not looking for a city centre site but with the experience of Chris and Cos who are already successful restauranteurs, as owners of Cielo in Brindley Place, we decided that this was the ideal location. (read more in ABOUT)
